Go Blonde! Anything other than blonde is so not Paris! Try a very light, platinum blonde.
Change your hairstyle all the time. Ever notice how Paris's hair is long one minute, and short the next? If you can't afford to get it cut and get extensions all the time, just make sure you do it differently every day. Alternate from straight to curly, tied up in a high ponytail to in low pigtails. Paris actually has always had her hair very short, and she wears weaves. Try and get a plain weave that you can style yourself.
Use a light fake tanner if you are not very tan. Don't put too much on. Don't make it streaky and don't let it turn you orange. The point is to look like you just got back from Barbados, instead of looking like you put on self-tanner.
Wear ultra cute shoes all the time. Paris is known for her great shoe collection. You do not always have to wear heels, as long as if they are really cute flats (tennis shoes have to be cute and clean -- not dirty). Most of your shoes should be pink. Pink high heels are essential. If you're not that comfortable with high heels, cute pink flip flops will work too! Try and get a huge selection of shoes, even if they are not very expensive.
Make sure your clothes are unique with a little designer flair to them! But make sure whatever you wear, you started it, not anyone else!
Go to parties and throw parties. If you make yourself the ultimate party essential, then you will get automatic invites! Be known at a party; as Paris said in episode number 2 of The Simple Life 4: "Don't be a floor hog, stay in the VIP room for a while, or else you will look desperate."
Stay single! If you do, you can do whatever you want instead of having one steady boyfriend.
Be outgoing, fun, and show confidence. Don't hesitate to liven up a party or draw attention to you or act a bit selfish and bossy.
Be carefree. Paris never gives a flying fish about what people think about her. Go ahead and wear a crazy hairstyle, or something that people wouldn't expect you to wear. Be that trendsetter, go do crazy, stupid things, laugh at your mistakes, and you'll be a Paris in no time!
Make sure you have those close best friends with you, so you can share the attention; you don't want to seem stuck up, like you're too cool for friends! You always need your girls, to hang with at the parties, talk about those dreadful rumors that just started about you, and of course - the boys! You must have one best friend that you do everything with! Fall out a lot and have a lot of arguments! Be seen everywhere with them, and do exactly the same thing! Never, ever be on your own! This friend is like your assistant, they should follow you and be willing to do anything for you! Don't treat her like rubbish! And make sure she is blond, and wears all the latest fashion!
Act like you are a princess! When you need help with something, (which, if you're really like Paris, would be everything.) Playing dumb isn't always bad. It's actually a good flirting technique. It's what Paris does!
Have a catch phrase! "That's hot", "that's beyond", and "oh baby" are all good ones! Toss it into any sentence and people will automatically think of you as a little Paris! But whatever you do, don't steal Paris' name; that's just not cool.
Get a tiny dog. Name it after a Disney character and take him or her everywhere with you. Dress it up in its own clothes. Ideal dogs are small, cute and will fit in a bag. Ideal outfits are pink tutus or anything pink! Buy a nice, designer bag, and if you don't have the money, buy a fake one off the internet. Put your dog in it and make sure everyone can see it. If you can't get a dog, try a ferret. Paris also has a ferret called Cinderella.
Develop a love for pink! Everything you own must be pink! Pink is your friend. Like it, and wear it. Everything you have in your wardrobe should relate to pink in some way. Own pink minis, and pink camis. If you are still in school, flaunt your love of pink with folders, bags, pens...all in pink! Make sure everyone knows your fave color!
Buy some huge, oversized sunglasses and never take them off! Paris style glasses would be pink with diamonds, or white framed! You can find these in most shops! If you want to accessories further, try cool headbands or cute dangly earrings with some sparkle on them!
Learn how to strike one pose for all your photos one that makes you look great! Paris has the same pose in 97% of all her pictures, so you need to do the same. Use one that will always make you look great no matter what you are looking like that day. Everytime someone wants to snap your picture use that pose.

Don't act bratty in public. Only to a single person in private if absolutely necessary. Otherwise, act like the sweet little princess you are! After all, that's what Paris sincerely is!
Don't be afraid to shock anybody, that's what will make them talk about you. Now don't go get too crazy, and get drunk, and do stuff you shouldn't be doing! You don't have to do everything like Paris!
Wear designers, but smaller designers like 2bfree and Nicky Hilton are awesome. They state that you have money, but at the same time you're not showing it off; it's like saying you actually are Paris!
Do charity work, then people can't say you're nasty! You really are a sweet girl who loves helping out others!
Instead of using eyeglasses or contact lenses, do some research on lasik eye surgery to correct your vision. There are restrictions on who can or should get this surgery, so make sure you consult a doctor before making your decision.
Smile! Have you ever noticed that Paris always has a sexy smile on her face?
Don't have those intellectual conversations with people, talk about anything but smart stuff. Now you're too cool for science or political conversations. It doesn't mean you shouldn't study, but it's time for fun not talking about the gorvenment or something.
Have fun! Everyone is drawn to be that likes having fun, so you have to be fun always, never serious. Only at appropriate times, of course.
Be a bit of a partier but don't overdo it.
